Text Box: Why do we need a Union?

Text Box: · Without a union, workers can be treated as individuals and be discriminated or favored by the management at their will.  Unions bring all workers together and everyone is equal and united.  No unfair practices or treatments.  Unions will protect your rights and help you when things go wrong for you.  The union will negotiate a fair wage and great benefits for everyone and protect those rights and benefits.

Text Box: · Fill out a Authorization Card and mail it back to the IAM&AW.  As easy as that.  The more workers the better.  You can get an A-Card from any shop steward or at the Union Hall, 1934 Hau Street.   For more information call the Hall at 832-0260
